This hub is devoted to the lifting of prayer and praise to God. It's here to serve as a vehicle to allow Him to move in the circumstances of our lives. And to give Him glory along the way.
As a person of prayer, I can testify that the power prayer yields goes far beyond what our minds can comprehend. Sometimes, however, we may not know how or what to pray and even--at times-- need others to come alongside us and mix their prayers and faith with ours.
It's also important that we give praise to God for His answers to prayer and His overall goodness and faithfulness to us. Lifting Him up-- through our testimonies--glorifies Him, strengthens us and builds the faith of those in need of His grace and mercy.
Hence, the Prayer and Praise HubBox has come about.

Hi Yolanda, what a neat idea.
I have a prayer request for my granddaughter. She has a rare genetic condition called Joubert's syndrome which affects her muscle tone, motor skills, speech, coordination pretty much anything governed by the brain stem.
My husband and I have been in prayer for her since our knowledge of her condition at age 1. She will be 4 in February.
We would love to have anyone who would agree with us and God about her condition that nothing is too difficult for him. That she would be made whole and restored.
We pray Isaiah 35 and Isiah 44:1-5 over her.

I believe so strongly in prayer. It can move mountains. God will honor the sincere prayers of his people. We just have to have the faith in God to do his will in our lives and have the strtength to say thank you even when it was not what we asked for to start with.
Tamarajo, I'm truly sorry to hear about your granddaugther's condition.
You can count on me to stand in the gap with you, praying and believing that your granddaugther will 'be made whole and restored.'
I'll begin praying the verses of Scripture you posted, in agreement with you and your husband that not even this is too difficult for our God.

Thank you, Dian. Prayer is a very powerful tool in the hands of believers. It certainly can move mountains. God is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent...If He said it, He will do it. We can trust Him. Prayer is a way of releasing our faith, that He is able to come through on our behalf. And not only that He's able to come through, but that He will come through. Thanks again and God bless.

Yolanda, I'd like to join you in this. There's power in agreement and I know God answers prayer. I also believe that people need to know that God loves them and He wants to move on their behalf. I can't wait to see the praise reports! (Voted up)
